Rebon respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we protect it, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Data we collect
To operate the loyalty programme, we collect: (a) phone numbers of customers who join the programme, (b) dates and times of visits, (c) points or stamp balances and redemptions, (d) optionally, a customer's name if they provide one, (e) technical log data for security and debugging.
Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on the customer's consent given on their first visit (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and on the contract between Rebon and the participating business (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
SMS messaging
Promotional SMS are only sent if the customer has given explicit consent. Every SMS includes a clear opt-out instruction. Mailing lists are not sold or shared with third parties.
Retention period
Customer data is retained for as long as the business remains a Rebon customer and the customer has not requested deletion. After contract termination, data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@rebon.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Recipients and transfers
Data is stored on infrastructure located within the European Union. We work with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, SMS gateway) who are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
Cookies
The rebon.gr website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required for site functionality are used.
Policy changes
This policy may be revised. Significant changes will be announced on rebon.gr before they take effect.
